Are you overwhelmed trying to plan for ministry in a world that was turned upside down? Are you unsure of what ministry opportunities to prune back? Are you having a hard time deciding which new ministry opportunity to plant?
This two workshop series will guide you through a core values focused method of evaluating and designing ministry, introducing intentionality into your next season of onsite, hybrid, digital worship and faith formation. This workshop will be particularly fruitful for leaders if pastors, deacons, and a portion of council leadership attend together.
Participants will be asked to complete pre-work prior to the event as well as an assignment in between the sessions. Each Virginia Synod congregation will also be offering a follow-up one-on-one session with either Pastor Colleen or Pastor John to contextualize what they have learned and to keep the momentum going.
Attendance at both sessions is strongly encouraged.
