For Adults Leading Small Groups at Synod Events: Information Sheet and Background Check
All adults who lead small groups at Virginia Synod Youth events must complete the two forms below once every program year (between August 1 and July 31 of the next year):

(a newly completed form is required starting Aug. 1 each year)
