This six-day annual event for youth who have completed 10th, 11th, or 12th grades introduces participants to biblical and theological scholarship and explores contemporary challenges along with ways that their faith tradition can meet those challenges. We live and gather in large and small groups on the campus of Roanoke College, with college faculty as presenters and young adults as discussion group leaders.
Our week includes a focus on the life & thought of Dietrich Bonhoeffer—a church leader who met the challenges before him, encounters with other faiths by engaging the students with leaders from those various communities, and lots of opportunities for both structured and informal conversation. Come and discover a sense of mission, be equipped with theological tools to enable you to meet the challenges facing the church today.
