Virginia Synod logoAs COVID restrictions continue to ease around Virginia, the Office of the Bishop looks forward to gathering with you for a time of prayer and fellowship.

Five Rostered Minister Gatherings will take place over the next three months. These gatherings will be from 11 AM to 1 PM and will include a prayer service, fellowship, conversation with Synod staff.

 

Lunch will be provided, so we ask that you register for the event using the link below for the event you plan to attend.

 

Dates for the Gatherings:

As we prepare for these in-person gatherings, we will observe the following protocols for the meeting:

  • If you have a fever or feel sick, please stay home. Your presence is important, but so is your health. Don’t take any chances and stay home if you are sick.
  • Follow CDC guidance on masking. Masking rules and recommendations vary around Virginia. Please check the CDC  COVID-19 Community Level Tool to determine the level of masking recommended for the area where our meeting will occur. When the area is considered ‘low’ or ‘medium,’ masks will be optional. (Updated 4/22/22)
  • Social distanced seating at the event. Each meeting location is different, but we will do our best to practice social distancing in our seating arrangement.
