2015 was the final year of The United Lutheran Appeal (ULA), a fundraising effort of the Virginia Synod to bring out eight mission partners together under the same umbrella. We believe that the ULA has successfully served its purpose and that we would like to allow for more direct contact between supporters and the organizations.
