The 2021 Virginia Synod Assembly adopted new Compensation Guidelines which provide a mechanism for adjusting compensation to reflect the local cost of housing. The new guidelines are accompanied by an Excel Workbook to assist with the calculation. The 2022 Compensation Guidelines are available at: https://vasynod.org/resources/compensation-guidelines/.
On Sunday, August 22 at 3 PM and Wednesday, August 25 at 7 PM, the Virginia Synod Office of the Bishop will provide training on how to use the new compensation guidelines in your context.
The sessions will be recorded for those not able to attend.
